Adan G. Vega was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 1979. Within seven years he was testifying before a committee of the U.S. House of Representatives on the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 — the law that legalized nearly three million people and set the modern framework for employer immigration compliance.Adan G.
